Items marked as “in stock” are dispatched in 1-2 working days.
For rings made to size please allow 10 working days for dispatch.
For skull rings and custom orders please allow up to 4 weeks for production of your order. (if your lucky enough that your size is in stock your ring will be dispatched 1-2 working days)
Please email first if you need items for a specific date.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

UK:  £7 – sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery

Free Shipping for UK orders over £100

Europe  £10 – sent via Royal Mail Tracked and signed
Worldwide:  £10 – sent via Royal Mail International tracked and signed

Please note that items purchased outside of the EU may be subject to customs duty or tax and whilst items are marked as “gift” your country may still impose a customs charge that Hellcat Jewellery is not accountable for.

Delivery: Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Hellcat Jewellery shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods.

 Resizing

To get an accurate ring size, visit a local jewellers to get measured. If you can’t get to a local jeweller, please purchase a ring sizer.

Resizing charges start from £10 and there will be a charge for posting the item to you starting from £6.50 for UK and from £10 for worldwide shipping.

If you know your ring size in another scale please use the conversion table below to find your UK letter size.

Please ensure you order the correct ring size, resizing is a charged service, if you have ordered the wrong size please email jo@hellcatjewellery.co.uk with the subject URGENT.

How Can I Change My Order?

Changed your mind? If you want to return or exchange your unworn jewellery (excluding earrings) within 7 days of receiving your order please contact jo@hellcatjewellery.co.uk to make arrangements. Please note this only includes exchange on design, not ring size exchanges. Customers must pay postage costs of exchanges via tracked / recorded delivery.

Ordered the wrong size?

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide their correct ring size as per the standard UK ring sizing scale. If a ring does not fit, resizing is available at an extra charge.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact jo@hellcatjewellery.co.uk before returning any items. Any refunds / exchanges are at the discretion of Hellcat.

Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Custom orders, including all rings sized to order are non exchangeable nor refundable unless deemed faulty by Hellcat.

If you have received a faulty item, or a fault appears with the item within 1 month of your purchase date, please contact the email above to arrange a replacement or repair. Please note that Hellcat will have the final say on whether the item is faulty.

All sale / discounted items will not be eligible for exchange / refund / return. This includes any items bought with a discount/sales voucher.

Custom orders and made to size ring orders can’t be cancelled once made, as production may have already began.

If you have shipped to the wrong address please email sales@hellcatjewellery.co.uk with the subject URGENT, and give all details including your order number in the message.

All Hellcat Jewellery is made using using the finest materials, all items over the following weights are hallmarked by Birmingham’s Assay Office.

  • 925 Sterling Silver – 7.78 grams
  • Gold – 1 gram
  • Platinum & Palladium – 0.5 gram
